Bichermuesli BASE RECIPE

how to make your base Bichermuesli

Equipment

  • 1 container with lid
  • grater

Ingredients
  

  • 250 gr rolled oats quick oats work fine as well
  • 1 oragne juiced
  • 1 apple grated , we prefer a tart one

Instructions
 

  • wash and grate your apple and place in the food container
  • juice your orange and add to your grated apple
  • add your oats and combine well. the mixture might seams a bit dry but the apple will realise its liquid over time, don't worry it will be fine.
  • close the lid and place in your refrigerator over night.

the following day

  • mix your bichermuesli well and divide into 4 bowls
  • now you will customise your muesli to your preferences.
  • you can add dried fruits or fresh ones
  • you can add chia. flax meal or some nut butter of your choice
  • you can add yoghurt, plant milk or even some juice id you prefer
