rolled oats
quick oats work fine as well

oragne
juiced

apple
grated , we prefer a tart one
Instructions
wash and grate your apple and place in the food container
juice your orange and add to your grated apple
add your oats and combine well. the mixture might seams a bit dry but the apple will realise its liquid over time, don't worry it will be fine.
close the lid and place in your refrigerator over night.
the following day
mix your bichermuesli well and divide into 4 bowls
now you will customise your muesli to your preferences.
you can add dried fruits or fresh ones
you can add chia. flax meal or some nut butter of your choice
you can add yoghurt, plant milk or even some juice id you prefer
